組合介紹: Working as part of the Diamond and Jewelry (D&J) Team, this position will be responsible for building G4Si’s D&J market share in Hong Kong, with main focus on the Indian Market. This will be achieved by through identifying, scoping, developing and closing new business opportunities. This position provides an experienced sales professional with a fantastic opportunity to shape the role from the offset and make a personal contribution to a fast paced, growing international business. A proven track record of achieving stretching sales targets and driving growth within the industry, from identifying prospects through to closure, is essential.

工作職責:

  • Identify new business opportunities within the Hong Kong market leveraging the company’s capabilities to grow the Diamonds & Jewellery business.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing / potential customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations, negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sets targets and oversee key accounts to ensure business is maintained and optimized.
  • Ensuring new business is smoothly transitioned into BAU, engaging operational and support teams in managing successful transitions
  • Liaise with operations to identify new vendors, opportunities to achieve cost savings with existing vendors in order to improve competitive position.
  • Work closely with the customer service and operations team to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with overseas affiliates and agents to increase market share and develop added value services.
  • Work closely with Managers and subcontractors to build and execute operation plans for various Logistics Projects, includes local and overseas trade shows.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc.
  • Developing, coordinating and overseeing marketing activity in Hong Kong
  • Recommending changes in products, service and promotions by evaluating results and market developments
  • Work closely with operation team and help to monitor on the progress to track shipments; rectifying shipping errors, product ordering , delivery status, pickups , product info and pricing.
  • Manage a variety of database and web-based programs to provide timely response to customer.
  • Data input and shipping document preparation
  • Assist walk-in customer for sending shipments.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure high lever of operation and customer service are being kept.
  • Produce and distribute ad hoc data, information and reports as required so that senior managers receive accurate market intelligence.
  • Performing other duties as deemed appropriate by the business.

合適的候選人:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a sales & customer service role.
  • Experience in international movements of goods, freight forwarding, airside/ shipping operations and/or import/ export operations and customs, and/or Diamond and Jewellery industry an advantage
  • Effective communication skills, including presentations and proposals
  • Highly motivated and results orientated
  • The ability to work in a fast moving environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced at working under pressure using own initiative
  • Well organised and the ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables concurrently.
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and Hindi / Rajasthan
  • IT literate, particularly Microsoft Office excel/database.
