工作職責:

Direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales Executives.

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures company sales goals and profitability
  • Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Liaise with affiliates on business opportunities and global clients requirements
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Conduct one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the Executives team sales and activity performance
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance

合適的候選人:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Hindi and English
  • University Graduate
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales management. Background in Diamond and Jewelry or/and shipping logistics industries is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM/Sales software solutions
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of B2B Relationship Management and business development
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
