工作職責:

  • Responsible for all Intercompany AR and AP reconciliations and allocations within the finance system and operational system
  • Liaise with I/C counterparts and sign off on monthly confirmations.
  • Resolve all I/C variances in BPC and tie back to local books
  • Review and process external AP invoices and assist operations with resolution of all Vendor queries and disputes
  • Create vendor payments for approval online
  • Complete cost allocations as required
  • Prepare journal entries as required
  • Update Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis
  • Complete all banks reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit Balance Sheet Reconciliations as required
  • Any ad-hoc tasks and reporting as needed

合適的候選人:

  • Degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance preferred
  • Part Qualified CPA or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in busy periods.
  • Able to provide a professional and thorough service to the business.
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Discrete, trustworthy and reliable
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work load
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Have experience to an intermediate level of Microsoft Excel & Word packages 
  • Strong and effective written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment
