The Head – Business Development will be part of the senior management team (SMT) for H&A.  Working as a leader for the Business Development function, the incumbent will be required to work closely with the Managing Director and other Service Line Leaders to lead the BD strategy for H&A, be responsible for identifying, developing and capturing new business engagements and maintaining key client relationships across the region and lead Sales/BD team assets across the company.

 

Some of our Service streams include Complex Fraud, Corruption and Intellectual Property Investigations , Historical, Investigative and Reputational Corporate Due Diligence for M&A, IPO and vendor/suppliers, Fraud Risk & Ethics Client assessments, consulting, and training, Digital IT Forensic Platform and Sophisticated Compliance Software, Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy Investigations, Anti-Money Laundering Investigations and Compliance Reviews, Information Assurance/Information Security, Enterprise Security Consulting, Contingency Planning and Crisis Management , Supply Chain Risk Management, Capital Projects Risk Management Consulting, Travel and Event Security

 

工作職責:

  1. Business Development Strategy

In consultation with H&A Managing Director and Service Line leaders and company BD assets

  1. Own market segmentation, research and competition mapping wrt H&A Service Lines & markets
  2. Devise the Go to Market approach for various existing and new services.
  3. Identify and package new products and services to enable growth in line with company business plans.
  4. Own brand building strategies
  5. Own the Market Communication strategy and its deployment
  6. Own online presence of H&A brand including social media
  7. Overseeing the Business Development budget, in conjunction with the Business Development / Sales assets
  8. Strategically evaluate partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.

 

 

  1. Develop Business
  1. Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities and relevant timelines
  2. Oversee and where required deliver the development of proposals, presentations, contracts and marketing- collateral
  3. Participate in appropriate industry events to strategically network and grow pipeline
  4. Where required act as a key contact for large customer accounts.
  5. Create marketing materials and tools with to support Service Line Leaders with regards to specific products and services, industry segments etc.
  6. Assist SLLs & Country Managers across H&A in identifying, pursuing and capturing new engagements
  7. Work closely with service line specialists to develop business for specific services
  8. Lead business development discussions during weekly management meetings and monthly regional business development calls
  9. Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients.
  10. Drive & deliver reports and other requirements from the group/regional sales function
  11. Establish strong professional working relationships and liaise with staff at all levels within the G4S regional organisation to develop commercial opportunities.
  12. Manage sales activity via CRM (Salesforce)
    • Ensure timely entry of all new prospects & active opportunities into CRM tool to ensure proactive engagement of SME's to support opportunity requirements.
    • Additionally, update all wins, lost bid/ no bid opportunities w/ reason coding.

    1. Provide dynamic leadership to the business development/sales team

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • MBA or possess demonstrable experience in lieu
  • Minimum of 15 years work experience
  • Extensive business development experience preferably in professional services or risk consulting or any other consultative selling industry
  • Ability to network and build trusting relationships internally and with potential clients
  • Ability to present and communicate with senior executives (CEO-level, general counsel, etc)
  • Prior management and team building experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Demonstrates both professional and personal credibility
  • Ability to travel independently across the footprint of the organisational footprint, able to work flexibly and adapt to suit service needs.
